“Battle of Massachusetts” set for December 4th Opening Game

The Bay State Bobcats and the Northeast Generals will play a 7-game series dubbed the “Battle of Massachusetts,” starting with
Game 1 to be played on Friday, December 4th at 6:30pm at Fitzpatrick Arena in Holyoke, Massachusetts.

“The “Battle of Massachusetts” is a great way for our team, as well as the Generals, to showcase our players to scouts all around the Northeast in a friendly and fun rivalry series,” Head Coach/General Manager Anthony Langevin was quoted saying.”

“With the current Covid restrictions in place we wanted to create a fun and safe way for our players to still play hockey while adhering to all of the mandates put forth by the Governor. We want to ensure that our guys get to play as many games as possible before the Holiday break… this would be a fun way to showcase our players in front of scouts and have a friendly rivalry too, ” quoted Northeast Generals General Manager Bryan Erikson.

Saturday, December 12th @ 7:00pm (in Attleboro)

Sunday, December 13th @ 3:00pm (in Attleboro)

Thursday, December 17th @ 12:30pm (in Holyoke)

Saturday, December 19th @ 2:00pm (in Attleboro)


All games will be broadcasted on HockeyTV in High Definition. As of right now, 2 parents are allowed per child playing to watch games in both facilities.
